Many sellers call accounts whitelisted without saying what they are approved for. Every ShakeAccs account goes through TikTok's allowlist for one app in one country, and the panel shows it for each account.

How it works
From request to campaign
You see every step in the panel: each request has its own number and status.

Sign up
Name, work email and password. Company details are needed only for your first invoice.

Request
Pick an app from the catalogue, the countries, and 1 to 5 accounts per country. Each account becomes its own request.

Manager review
A ShakeAccs manager reviews the request and approves or declines it. If it is declined, you see the reason in the panel.

Account set-up
We create the account in the agency Business Center, install the app with tracking, and file it for TikTok's allowlist.

TikTok approval
Once TikTok approves the account, it appears under Ad accounts with its app and country.

Launch
Share the account into your own Business Center and run campaigns in TikTok Ads Manager.
Most of our first accounts were handed over 1–2 days after the request. TikTok's review can also take several days, and in some countries TikTok declines.
Money
Your money under control
One balance covers all your accounts. You see it in the panel, and spend is deducted based on TikTok's own reports.
Invoice to your company
Top up by invoice in EUR and pay by SEPA or SWIFT bank transfer within 14 days. You can invoice several of your legal entities.
One balance
Paid top-ups go to your Live balance, and unpaid invoices are shown separately. Spend from all accounts is deducted about every 5 minutes, with no markup.
The balance is not tied to an account
Your money is kept on your ShakeAccs balance, not inside an account. If TikTok bans an account, the remaining balance stays and can be spent in your other accounts. If the ban comes from your breach of the rules, the offer agreement lets us deduct penalties and damages from the balance.
Ads pause at zero
When the balance reaches zero, we pause every running campaign in all your accounts. Spend reaches us from TikTok with a delay, so the balance can go slightly below zero; that overspend is payable under the offer agreement. After you top up, you switch campaigns back on yourself.

What the panel gives you
Requests and statuses
Under review, In progress, Handed over, plus Declined and Cancelled. You can cancel a request until its account is handed over.
Ad accounts
Each account shows its approved app and country, its Advertiser ID and the Business Centers it is shared to.
Access through your BC
Accounts are shared with your Business Center as partner assets with the Operator role. One account can be shared with several BCs.
Spend analytics
Spend and fee for any period, by day and by account, compared with the previous period, with CSV export.

What you can advertise, and where
Accounts are issued for apps from the ShakeAccs catalogue. Today it has one social casino app for Android, and more will follow.
You can order accounts in 36 countries, including the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Canada, Australia and the United States. The panel shows the full list when you order.
Approval in each country is TikTok's decision.

The rules, plainly
Companies only
We work with legal entities under a public offer agreement and may ask for company documents.
One app, one country
An account may advertise only the app it is approved for, and only in that country. Under the offer agreement, advertising another app or in another country carries a €1,000 penalty per case.
You run the campaigns
We issue the accounts and hold your balance, and you run the campaigns. We do not guarantee ad results.
Agency accounts
Accounts belong to the agency and you get the right to use them. Ownership and billing settings stay with us.

What does “approved for an app” mean?
TikTok approves the account through its allowlist for a specific app in a specific country. The panel shows the app and country for each account, and you can use the account to advertise only that app, and only in that country.
Can I bring my own app?
No. Accounts are issued for apps from the ShakeAccs catalogue. Today it has one social casino app for Android, and more apps will be added over time.
How long does it take to get an account?
A manager reviews the request, then we set up the account and file it for TikTok's approval. Most of our first accounts were handed over within 1–2 days, but TikTok's review can take several days. The final timing depends on TikTok.
How much does it cost?
12% of each top-up, as a separate line on the invoice. There is no fee per account and no markup on spend. The minimum top-up is €1,000.
How do I pay?
We invoice your company in EUR, and you pay by SEPA or SWIFT bank transfer within 14 days. Once the payment arrives, it is credited to your balance within 3 business days, usually sooner.
What happens when the balance runs out?
At zero, we automatically pause every running campaign in all your accounts. Spend arrives from TikTok's reports with a delay, so the balance can go slightly below zero; overspend is payable under the offer agreement. After you top up, you switch campaigns back on in TikTok Ads Manager.
What happens to my money if an account is banned?
Your money is kept on your ShakeAccs balance, which all your accounts share, not inside an account. If TikTok bans an account through no fault of yours, the remaining balance stays and goes to your other accounts. If the ban comes from a breach of the rules, the offer agreement lets us deduct penalties and damages from the balance. Refunds are set out in the offer agreement.
How do I get access to an account?
On the Sharing page you share the account with your own TikTok Business Center as a partner asset with the Operator role. It takes about a minute. You need your own Business Center for this.
Who owns the account?
Accounts belong to the agency, and you get the right to use them under the offer agreement. Ownership and billing settings stay with us.
Do you work with individuals?
No, only with companies. A legal entity accepts the offer agreement, and invoices are made out to it.
